Chocolate Syrup

This is my step-mom’s chocolate syrup recipe, and everyone says it’s better than Hershey’s! Great on ice cream, in chocolate milk, or drizzled on warm brownies.


Instructions Checklist
  • Combine water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together in a saucepan over low heat; whisk constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to simmer.

  • Remove from heat and stir vanilla into the sauce. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate until serving.
